Transfer of the Chairmanship

On 12 November the Chairmanship of the Council of Europe’s Committee of Ministers was transferred from the Republic of Serbia to Slovakia at a special meeting of the Ministers’ Deputies of the 47 member States in Strasbourg on Monday 12 November at 10am.
