Lithuania funds Council of Europe Consultation Group on the Children of Ukraine
On November 13, 2025, the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Council of Europe signed an agreement in Strasbourg on Lithuania's voluntary financial contribution to the project activities of the Council of Europe Consultation Group on the Children of Ukraine for the benefit of Ukrainian children whose fates were affected by the Russian war of aggression.
The agreement was signed by the Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Europe and the Permanent Representative of Lithuania to the Council of Europe.
